The Mike Molino RV Learning Center and the Pennsylvania RV & Camping (PRVCA) are teaming up to provide online fixed operations training for RV dealership personnel who are PRVCA members.
Through the partnership, PRVCA members have access to RV Learning Center online training courses for service writers/advisors, parts specialists, and parts managers as a benefit of membership. PRVCA members can register for the training on the Education and Training section of prvca.org by signing in with their username and password. This member benefit requires registration through PRVCA to gain access to the training.

The courses offer new service and parts fixed operations professionals the opportunity to build a principle-based foundation they need to be successful, while those with more experience will benefit from being reminded of core principles needed to create loyal customers.
Course materials are structured around the comprehensive job and task analyses developed by The Ohio State University’s Center on Education and Training for Employment, in conjunction with RV industry subject matter experts organized by the RV Learning Center.
