RoverPass To Join Reservation Software Panel at Campground Solutions Summit West
RoverPass, a reservation and property management platform for campgrounds and RV parks, will take part in the Campground Solutions Summit West in Reno, Nevada, from Oct. 20-22. RoverPass Founder and CEO Ravi Parikh will join the event’s Reservation Software Panel, and the RoverPass team will meet with campground owners and operators at booth 27 throughout the show.
Hosted by the California Outdoor Hospitality Association at the Grand Sierra Resort, the summit brings together campground owners, operators, and outdoor hospitality professionals for three days of education, networking, and hands-on product discovery. The event is one of the main gatherings for the outdoor hospitality community on the West Coast.
The Reservation Software Panel takes place on Tuesday, Oct. 20, from 4:30 to 6:00 p.m. and is open to all attendees. Moderated by Amber Simpson of Martrek Digital, the session brings together representatives from five reservation software providers to discuss the challenges operators face when choosing and changing systems. Panelists will cover strategies for increasing direct bookings, technology integrations, data and reporting, and the balance between automation and personalized guest service. The conversation will also look at how emerging technology, including artificial intelligence, may shape campground reservations in the years ahead.
“Operators tell us the hardest part of running a park is no longer filling sites, it is choosing technology they can trust for years,” said Parikh. “A panel like this matters because owners get to hear directly from the people building these systems, ask the hard questions, and decide what actually fits their park.”
Beyond the panel, the RoverPass team will use booth 27 to walk operators through its reservation and management software and to gather the feedback that shapes its product roadmap. Visitors can see how the platform handles online bookings, payments, and day-to-day park operations in one place.
“Events like this are where we do our best listening,” said Melisa Chang, marketing director at RoverPass. “The questions owners bring to our booth tell us what to build next, and we would rather have that conversation face to face than guess from a dashboard.”
