VIDEO: Furrion Introduces AI on Yacht at CES

Furrion has unveiled the “crown jewel: of its concept fleet: Adonis, a 78-foot customized Numarine yacht. This luxury smart yacht combines Furrion appliances and artificial intelligence (AI). It joins Limitless, a customized fifth wheel that, when joined with Hercules, a futuristic semi-truck, create a 4G connected living experience that redefines luxury mobility, according to Furrion.

Furrion Designs first concept vehicle was Elysium, the motorhome complete with a hot tub and helicopter on top that Furrion introduced at CES 2017.

“Our concept fleet gives us the flexibility to showcase our innovation practically anywhere, and we are excited to unveil Adonis here at CES 2019,” said Matt Fidler, co-founder and CMO for Furrion. “Furrion’s history is rooted in marine and now we are able to combine the best of our technology, design and futuristic innovation to deliver an experience unlike no other. The addition of our virtual concierge with AI, Angel gives consumers an always-present assistant, regardless of their Internet connection.”

Angel is powered by a network and responds to a user’s every move. Angel can deliver the news and weather, order food from the kitchen, control a music playlist, and guide users through a yoga workout and more. Powered by AI, it uses facial recognition to learn personal preferences to customize experiences. Angel may suggest things like a new activity at a destination, a new restaurant or perhaps a new outfit as it learns users’ sizes and recommends outfits from favorite retailers.

A wall mirror on the yacht has a touch display. Smart Mirror, like Angel, works in the offline mode as well.
