RVs Move America Week, taking place Sunday, May 31, through Thursday, June 4, in downtown Washington, D.C., is the time when the RV industry comes together to not only chart the future of the association, but to also make our united voice heard on Capitol Hill, according to the RV Industry Association.
The annual event begins with two days of committee meetings where volunteers from across the RV industry collectively work to build a strategic roadmap to help define future growth of the $114 billion RV industry.
In addition to committee meetings, participants will gain insight and predictions on the 2020 elections from political speakers, as well as updates on the state of RVIA from association leaders during the annual membership meeting.
Then, RV manufacturers, suppliers, dealers and campground owners will descend upon Capitol Hill to advocate on a variety of initiatives. During meetings with federal policymakers, attendees will help them better understand why the RV industry is so vital to the U.S. economy and the well-being of communities across the country.
As the impact of RV industry continues to grow, its influence in Washington allows for the future success of the industry. Registration for the event opens soon.
