Forest River Launches New ‘Lost Pines’ Trailer Line

Forest River Inc. has launched a high-end destination trailer, dubbed Lost Pines.

The new destination trailers are inspired by the rugged beauty and timeless serenity of northern Michigan, the OEM said. Lost Pines blends breathtaking natural aesthetics with meticulously crafted interiors, offering an escape where travelers can immerse themselves in nature, without compromising on comfort.

“Lost Pines is not so much a place as it is a state of mind,” said Curtis Gunter, Lost Pines general manager. “It’s for those who crave a deep connection to the outdoors but still desire exceptional craftsmanship and refined interior spaces. We set out to create a trailer that delivers both.”

The Lost Pines lineup will elevate the destination trailer category with luxury interiors, intricate finishes, expansive layouts and premium amenities designed for extended stays, the company said.

Luxury Interior Spaces

Launching with two distinct floorplans — Sequoia and Hemlock — Lost Pines offers travelers a choice in how they experience their luxury retreat. Hemlock caters to entertainers with its expansive living area, island kitchen and L‑shaped sectional, perfect for gathering friends and family. Sequoia provides a cozier retreat, featuring a dedicated desk space ideal for quiet mornings, work from anywhere flexibility or unwinding with a view. Each layout embodies its own character while delivering the same signature blend of refinement with standard amenities like solid surface countertops, washer and dryer combo, hardwood dovetail drawers and a massive free-standing oven.

Rugged Exterior Inspiration

The exterior design is influenced by the wild beauty of northern Michigan, combined with sophisticated features like high-gloss gelcoat full body paint and a 3-inch thick hung Azdel sidewall. Early morning sunrises or brilliant sunsets are best witnessed through immersive dual-pane, square windows that maximize panoramic views for a serene indoor-outdoor experience. Both Sequoia and Hemlock offer a slide-less campsite profile and removable steps for seamless integration with a deck or patio.

Lost Pines will debut on Sept. 15 at the 2025 Hershey RV Show, with availability at select Forest River dealers nationwide shortly after.
