Bish’s RV, one of the nation’s largest family-owned RV dealer groups, announced the relocation and expansion of its Omaha operations to a new centralized facility at 9203 S. 145th Street in Omaha, Nebraska. The move significantly expands the company’s sales, service and parts capabilities while creating a more convenient experience for RV owners throughout the region, the company said in a recent release. Conveniently located near 144th & Interstate 80 by the well-known Sapp Bros. Truck Stop and iconic “big coffee pot” landmark, the new location places Bish’s RV in the heart of Omaha and positions the company for continued growth throughout the region.
The move combines Bish’s RV’s current Bellevue sales location and existing service facility near 75th & F Street into one unified campus designed to better serve customers through expanded sales, parts and service operations, the company said.
Sales operations officially launched at the new facility on June 8. Limited-service operations will continue out of both the current and new facilities through July 5, ensuring a smooth transition for customers, Bish’s RV said.

Whether customers are shopping for a new RV, scheduling service, or picking up parts, they’ll now be able to do it all from one convenient location.”
A New Chapter in Omaha
The new facility also carries deep roots within the Omaha community. For more than 30 years, the location served as home to several well-known automotive dealerships, including Schrier Ford, Performance Ford and Baxter Ford. Many Omaha residents have visited the property over the years, making the transition especially meaningful for the company and community alike, the company said.
In addition to enhancing customer experience, the expansion is expected to create new employment opportunities across multiple departments, including sales, service, parts and operations.
Bish’s RV said it remains committed to its mission of taking great care of customers and employees while continuing to invest in communities across the country.

Once remodeling is completed, the new Bish’s RV location will feature:
- More than 20,000 square feet of service capacity
- A 10,000 square foot indoor RV showroom
- Expanded parts and customer service operations
- Increased convenience and accessibility for RV owners across the region
The remodel is currently underway, with full project completion estimated by Spring 2027. Bish’s RV plans to celebrate the completion of the facility improvements with a Grand Opening event in 2027. Additional details will be announced at a later date.
