What has it meant to work in the RV industry this long?

The work and sense of satisfaction in accomplishing goals has been very fulfilling for me personally yet, in comparison, the richness of the personal relationships developed over the years has been so much more rewarding.

What advice do you have for younger people just starting their careers?

Question everything … while you need to be respectful and honor tried-and-true patterns, don’t be afraid to question the relevance of those patterns. The worst that can happen is you justify their importance and you learn why they are there. Other times, you may find certain restrictions are no longer applicable, allowing for innovation. Experience helps you recognize the difference more readily.
