The RV Industry Association (RVIA)’s Emerging Leaders Coalition is now accepting applications for the Class of 2027.
The Emerging Leaders Coalition is a unique opportunity to grow your leadership skills and expand your professional network within the RV industry. As an Emerging Leaders Coalition member, you will have access to opportunities and experiences such as:

To be considered for the Emerging Leaders Coalition, applicants must be employed by a supplier, OEM, campground, dealer or a company that services one or more of those segments of the RV industry.

Applicants from supplier and OEM companies must be RV Industry Association members by the start of the following calendar year (2027).

Applicants must meet the requirements of the Coalition, as outlined on the application.
Applications, including the signed supervisor portion, must be submitted by Tuesday, June 30. Selected applicants will be notified in the fall.
