FRVTA Welcomes New Marketing Manager
The Florida RV Trade Association (FRVTA) announced the addition of Karina Policy as its new marketing manager. In this role, Policy will be responsible for marketing several large public shows, managing sponsorship programs and sales support functions, and overseeing all in-house marketing, including collateral and advertising materials, website content development and maintenance, and media buying in all markets across Florida, FRVTA said in a recent release.

Policy brings over 15 years of experience in marketing, hospitality and events, with a strong background in graphic design. Prior to joining FRVTA, she worked at Dosatron, where she created comprehensive marketing collateral, designed engaging tradeshow booths, managed a full-scale printing press, and produced digital animations and how-to videos to support product education and brand visibility
“We are excited to welcome Karina to our team,” said Ken Lloyd, executive director at FRVTA. “She brings valuable expertise and a fresh perspective that will help us continue delivering exceptional results for the association.”
Policy holds a bachelor’s degree in resort tourism management from Coastal Carolina University in Conway, South Carolina, as well as a degree in digital media and graphic design from St. Petersburg College in St. Petersburg, Florida. She is passionate about creative storytelling, visual communication and developing marketing strategies that connect audiences with meaningful experiences.
