Retaining Talent, Maintaining Safety Culture Topic of RVDA Expo Workshop

Research shows that RV dealerships that invest in maintaining a strong culture of safety reap the rewards in the form of lower rates of absenteeism, injuries, safety violations and turnover.

During a workshop at the RV Dealers Convention/Expo, dealers can learn how training and engaging management personnel and employees is crucial to instilling a culture of safety from the top down.

“Creating a Safety Culture – Your New Competitive Advantage” is set for at 3:15 p.m. Nov. 14 and is part of the fixed operations education track.
